Hi! I'm Toby and I'm the bestest buddy ever! I showed up on my foster mom's porch when I was hurt pretty badly. I'm healed up now, but I wear a hoodie now because I keep scratching where my would was and will hurt myself. Plus I look cool!<br/><br/>People are my absolute favorite thing aside from sleeping in the sun. I love pets, cuddles and treats, but mostly I just love people! I'll tell you in my cute chirpy voice just how much I love you. <br/><br/>I do have some special needs ( I have Felv and FIV), so I will need to be an only cat, unless you have one like me! But that's ok - I will love you forever! Will you let me?

The Cats Meow's Adoption Policy
Kittens: Will receive two (2) FVRCP vaccinations. They will be dewormed and receive flea treatment. Once they reach 2.5 pounds we will make a veterinarian appointment for the to get spayed or neutered. At that time they will also get a combo test to make sure they don’t have FIV or Felv. Depending on their age, they will get a Rabies vaccination also. Finally before they are ready to be adopted they will also get a microchip. Adult Cats: Will receive one (1) FVRCP vaccination. They will be dewormed and receive flea treatment. Then we will make a veterinarian appointment for the to get spayed or neutered. At that time they will also get a combo test to make sure they don’t have FIV or Felv. They will get a Rabies vaccination also. Finally before they are ready to be adopted they will also get a microchip.
