Meow meow! I'm Toby and I am a very talkative tabby guy. I'm bonded to my brother, Ben, and we need to go home together. I'm an active guy and I could play for hours on end if you let me. I tolerate being picked up but I prefer to snuggle up on your lap. I love my brother and we'll roughhouse and cuddle together. I love food like crunchy treats and playing with any kind of toy! I like to chew and scratch cardboard and sometimes Ben's ears! I also love a cat tunnel. I don't really like other cats besides my brother. I have a habit of trying to eat plastic bags and very thin wires (thinner than electric cords). I'm in a foster home so if you would like to meet me please fill out an adoption application at www.animalaidpdx.org. My estimated birthdate is 5/1/2023.
