Hi, I'm Toby, a silly 4 month old boy who likes to lick fingers! I love to play and be petted on your lap. I was in a foster home where I got along with everybody: cats, dogs, and kids. Some people may overlook me because I'm all black but my foster mom says I look like a handsome miniature panther.<br/><br/>I am fixed, current on vaccines, negative for FIV/FeLV, and microchipped. My adoption fee is $75. <br/><br/>Meet me at Petco, 2230 Rt 70 W, Cherry Hill, NJ. Adoption hours are Wednesdays 6-8:30pm, Saturdays and Sundays 11am-3pm.
