🐟 Meet Titten- winner of the 2026 international wet food eating contest 🐟 Our happy 7 month old Titten is a bundle of floof who loves spending her days in oversized cat beds or from her cat tree observing the birds and squirrels. Happy to be indoors, Titten is appreciating the finer things in life like springy toys and fancy feather wands. Titten gets braver each day and we love seeing her confidence grow. Recognized for her ability to chow down wet food, a bowl of her beloved pate is a sure key to winning her over. Her ideal home is with patient humans who will give her time to blossom and move at her own pace, allowing her to get comfy in the open and show off her pouncy skills on her basket of toys. She purrs with pets and when hanging with her foster sibling, making a home with another loving cat suitable for our sweet girl. About Ten Lives: Ten Lives Cat Rescue is a 501(c)(3), nonprofit organization located in Rhode Island. Our foster-based program is 100% volunteer-powered. We do not have a facility or shelter with regular visiting hours. Out of respect for the time, privacy, and safety of our foster families, we require an approved adoption application before scheduling a meet and greet with a foster cat. Our goal is to place cats in their best-matched homes and facilitate lifelong adoptions. We do not review applications on a first-come, first-serve basis. We believe that veterinary care is an important part of cat guardianship. As such, a veterinary check is part of our adoption process. Our goal is to contact applicants within 96 business hours of receiving their application. During kitten season, wait times may be longer due to the influx of applications. We are all volunteers and kindly ask for your patience! All Ten Lives cats are spayed or neutered, receive age-appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLv and parasites, dewormed, treated for fleas, and microchipped. These services are inclusive of the adoption fee.

We ask all potential adopters to complete an adoption application. A veterinary reference and proof of home ownership OR landlords approval is required. After everything rescue cats have been through, our top priority is placing them into the best matched forever homes. We treat each cat as an individual and assess potential adopters based on that cat’s needs.
