Hi! I'm Tipsy! I was rescued from outside with my 5 siblings. I'm a 99% black kitty with a natural white tail tip. I warm up pretty quick and become a curious kitty who loves to play with strings and balls. If you feed me lickable treats, I will be your best friend. FHS has different adoptable cats there all weekend & adoption counselors on site to help, from<br/><br/>Noon - 4 p.m.<br/><br/>Interested in one of our cats/dogs? First step it to fill out the required adoption application. We do not adopt to anyone living outside of the Dallas/Fort Worth area. All our cats/dogs will be spayed/neutered, heart worm tested (dogs-age appropriate), FeLV/FIV test (cats), microchipped, and current on vaccinations.<br/><br/>We do not adopt on a first-come, first-served basis. We review all applications received to ensure that the animal and the applicant are a good match based on our personal experiences with the animal. These animals live in foster homes with us, so we are familiar with their habits and behaviors.
