Tippi aka Black Olive's Story
Black Olive is a loving little girl who was rescued from one of our big projects in Woodside, Queens this year. Black Olive currently has a head tilt, which doctors believe was caused by an ear infection that was associated with the upper respiratory infection she was suffering from upon intake. After broad spectrum antibiotics did not help resolve her symptoms, we made sure to take Black Olive back to the vet and get different antibiotics prescribed. After a few weeks of treatment, Black Olive no longer has any infections. Lovingly nicknamed Tippi by her foster parent, it looks like her head tilt will remain a permanent little quirk of hers!

Black Olive is a sweet kitten with a love for treats. Her head tilt does not get in the way of her daily activities! In fact, her permanently inquisitive stance melts our hearts. She loves to play with her foster mama's resident kitty Hugo until she’s ready for her daily nap!

Black Olive is vaccinated, dewormed, and scheduled for her spay procedure in late November.

Black Olive must be adopted into a home with another kitten and/or playful cat, or be adopted with another kitten/playful cat from LIC Feral Feeders.
