Tipper & Sassy Frassy (bonded brothers)'s Story
Tipper and Sassy Frassy are bonded brothers, approximately 1-1.5 years old. Tipper has four white paws. They were rescued as strays in May 2025. These boys were a little nervous in the shelter and always huddled together, so one of the volunteers took them home to foster.<br/><br/>They “play games“. They get close and act like they want to be pet and sometimes they run away. Other times they will drop and let you get some good pets in. It’s only been a short time since they’ve been off the streets. In time, they may become more confident in a home. <br/><br/>Since they're currently in a foster placement, please complete an application. You can fill in the PDF online and email a picture. The other option is complete a paper copy to scan or email a picture to info@cnysnap.org. Once approved, we can set up a time to meet.
