Tip Toe's Story
Meet Tip Toe! This adorable little boy is mostly blind but can see shadows and some amount of movement; however you wouldn't even be able to tell from the way he still runs around the house playing. He is an extremely affectionate kitty that loves to be held and petted, but also to jump around and play. He's very vocal and has loud engine like purrs. He's partial to some super fresh water first thing in the mornings, cause what cat doesn't have a few little picky quirks!?

Although he is mostly blind, he is litter trained (zero accidents since day 1), finds his food with no issues, and will still put a cat toy in it's place or make an instant play castle out of any box. He's not shy at all and will happily greet people and wants to be part of the action.

Tip Toe was rescued after he and his sister, Gracie Mae, wandered to a little old lady's porch with terrible URIs that unfortunately meant their eyes had already been damaged enough to impact vision, but now that they have had treatment they are 100% healthy. These 2 are a bonded pair and must be adopted together (one adoption fee will be waived), as Tip Toe loves to be with his sister, and they are a source of comfort for each other after a rough start.

Both of these kitties really love to play and have plenty of energy to race around the house with toys, but ultimately they are excellent at matching your energy and can still just calmly fall asleep in your lap.

Neither kitty mind other cats or dogs, but because of their visual impairments they do need some time to adjust and sniff things out and know that they are safe, so a slow introduction is needed. All of their vetting done, so he and his sister are ready to find their furever family that doesn't judge over a little ole' thing like vision impairment!

His adoption fee is $250 (with the sibling's fee waived) and it covers receiving the following before coming to your home...

-FIV/FeLV Combo test (negative)
-neuter
-distemper shot
-rabies shot
-flea/tick/dewormer
-microchipped

https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/DEAR/Cat
