Tinsel and Garland came to PAWS after being rescued. They are the sweetest two kitties. They have become very social and love children. Tinsel and Garland are bonded and would like to go home by Christmas together. It will be the best present under the tree.<br/><br/>Tinsel is neutered, microchipped, tested, updated vaccines and ready to go. You can see him at the Annapolis Petco.
