TIMMY's Story

TIMMY was surrendered, along with Applejack (10), and Woodstock (8yrs). The owner found she was expecting and having a new baby and three older cats to care for may have been overwhelming.

TIMMY is very cuddly, and likes being held and snuggled. He also doesn't mind being picked up, mainly cause he wants to be snuggled! He is a huge, loving, purr box!! He is affectionate and does well with kids and may even enjoy playing and the occasional zoomies. But he is technically a senior cat and is probably looks forward to naptime in the sunshine on a window seat or back of a comfy chair. We do not know how he would feel about a dog, but although he has lived with other cats, TIMMY can be a bully, it may be best for him to be an only pet.

TIMMY will let you hold him for a little while - he loves attention and kisses!!! He does not like belly rubs!

Although TIMMY should have a long life ahead, being a senior is always a challenge when it comes to finding a new home. A lot of folks want younger cats. The plus side to a senior is they usually are calmer and not prone to climbing your curtains. And they seem so happy to be loved! What you give in love, your senior cat will return tenfold!

DOB-12/17 Entered Shelter-12/24

If you would like to adopt TIMMY, please visit the Shelter during Adoption Hours- Mondays and Wednesdays-4:00pm to 7:00pm, Saturdays-10:00am to 1:00pm. or call 231-773-3030 to make an appointment.
