Timmy was a courageous and curious guy since his arrival and never shies away from a good butt scratch. Tim is initially wary to approach or be approached by strangers, but once he feels acquainted he likes to sniff, rub and play with people. He’s a petite guy, but he is REALLY motivated by food and will eat his weight if allowed. Treats are his specialty and his dream is to get to taste all kind of flavors. He is a nice cat for couples, families or single households. He gets along well with everyone and we wouldn’t be surprised if he gets along with dogs. Although we do not know this for sure. Lighthouse Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy

We do not adopt on a first-come-first-serve basis, but rather by the best match between dog and family, although we will factor in the order of applications if there are equally good matches. Visitors at our shelter are by appointment only and are limited to those who have submitted applications. 1. Submit Application: https://www.lighthouseanimalshelter.org/application-instructions 2. Volunteers review your application. 3. After review, you will be contacted to set up an appointment. 4. Home Check: Some pets require a home visit. In some cases, a home visit is not required. It depends on factors such as fencing, children, & other pets. 5. Sign Adoption Contract: You will receive all medical paperwork, a new leash and collar, and food your new pet is used to eating.
