TIMBER's Story

Timber and his brother Huffy were dumped in a carrier out in front of the rescue one evening just before midnight. We can't figure out for the life of us why they did this as Timber is a loving boy. His dumpers left this note with him "Timid at first but very sweet. Loves to catch bugs inside and watch brids as he sits in thewindow. He likes to climb.

Kossuth County Tails of Hope Rescue's Adoption Policy
We hope you’ve found your newest family member at our shelter! Next you will fill out an adoption application. You can apply online! If your application is approved, we will arrange for you and your new family member to unite fur-ever! We require adopters to fill out an online application. Once that is submitted our adoption coordinator does social checks, home checks, financial checks and reference checks to determine if the adopter meets qualifications. If an adopter rents their home they are required to provide proof of approval for animals from their landlord.
