Tilly's Story

Hi, my name is Tilly. I was born outside in April 2022, I was rescued with my family when I was very young and I am currently living with my mom Calliope and a wonderful bunch of cats in my foster home. I am good with other cats because I respect them. I love it when the matriarch of the house grooms me. I would be happiest with another cat in the house, someone who likes to play tag and wrestle. If you don't have any other cats, I would be very happy to continue to live with my mom. My favourite game is fetch, and I like to bring my toys to my foster mom so she can throw them down the stairs for me to chase. I also really like catnip toys and wand toys. I can usually be found curled up with another cat, or sitting close to my foster mom. I am very nervous around new people, and I don't like to be picked up. I love being pet, and I give very enthusiastic head butts when I'm really happy. The best way to make friends with me is to offer me treats, especially meat tubes. If you'd like to meet me when I'm really relaxed, then ask my foster mom for a video visit. I get lots of treats when those happen and that makes me really happy.

NOTE 1: Spays, neuters, first vaccinations and vet checks are included in the adoption fee.

NOTE 2: Because a young kitten needs feline companionship, it is the policy of Cat Rescue Network that kittens 6 months or younger be adopted out in pairs unless there is another kitten or young cat already in the home.

NOTE 3: Cat Rescue Network only adopts their cats to homes in the National Capital region of Canada
