Tilly's Story
Pretty girl Tilly is 4 years old. <br/>We were told when her family relinquished her that she didn't come out to visit, they hardly saw her, but we've discovered she just likes a quiet environment and takes awhile to warm up to people. She was extremely shy when she entered the facility, but the volunteers have slowly been heaping the love on her, and WOW, she's really become a total love bug.
