Since moving into a foster home, she's had the chance to decompress in a quieter environment, and it's been wonderful to see her begin to relax and show her true personality. While she's still a gentle, cautious girl, each day brings a little more confidence.<br/><br/>Tillie would thrive in a patient, loving home where she can continue to blossom at her own pace. She doesn't need someone to rush her--she just needs someone willing to let her know she's safe.
