Tillie is a quiet, dainty, beautifully marked little tortie that was spotted behind the local shelter clinic door on one of the recent very frigid morn ing waiting for food that was routinely placed at the back door for possible stray/dropped kitties . At the time it was thought that it was a kitten due to her small size. Fearing the near zero temperature expected that next day, one of the volunteers came back and successfully captured her. Though she was frightened, she quickly warmed up to human touch and wanted the company and head rubs

Don't let that little serious little face fool you.Tillie is a sweetheart and a lover who will run to you for a head pet.. She is also friendly with other cats with a proper introduction .

Tillie is eager for human touch and companionship and would do very well in a quiet home as the only cat. we are introducing her to "toys" and she is beginning to appreciate that they are fun and entertaining. She is a dainty little cat and appears almost kittenish but is fully grown. She is gentle and not rowdy and would make a a wonderful lap cat companion for a senior or couple.
