Tigger's Story

Best Match:

Seeking an adopter with some experience

Could join a calm home with teens

May be okay with other cats

Recommend indoor only

Currently on a wet food only diet

Energetic, playful, and always excited to go on an adventure (if that adventure is seeking out hidden treats), Tigger is a cat who works hard to earn his name. An independent cat with his own inner life, Tigger will still greet his people at the door when they get home and he loves to cuddle on cold nights.

Tigger likes to have 3-4 play sessions per day, particularly with his favorite wand toy. He also loves treat puzzles and is a master at solving them! Given his abundant energy and curious nature, Tigger would likely enjoy clicker training. He sometimes gets bored or wants attention and may get overstimulated- knowing cat body language and when to stop engaging- or redirecting to a toy will be important with him.

Tigger is a cuddly, energetic little guy, whose frisky nature may make him unsuitable for small children, but a great match for someone who enjoys snuggling and playtime with their feline friends. Tigger needs a wet food-only diet to avoid urinary crystals, but otherwise is a happy, healthy cat.

Tigger is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and tested negative for FeLV and FIV.
