Tiger Claw's Story
***If you can see me, I am still available! We prefer everything regarding adoption be done via email, this way we can answer any time or day! We like to have an application submitted before scheduling a visit but it's not required, an email conversation is great! If you don’t have access to email, no worries, please call 401 680 7591. We differ from other shelters by offering a one-on-one experience between you, our staff and the animal or animals you've chosen to become a new family member! Please email adoptions@friendsofpaccc.org*****

Hi! I’m Tiger Claw, and wow do I have a story to tell!

One day I was out exploring, just trampin’ around and making kittens—you know, typical unneutered-tom behavior. Next thing I knew… I ended up at PAC! Since I was still intact, they took care of that for me (bye-bye, trouble puffs).

My humans eventually found me through my online post, but they didn’t come pick me up right away. And by the time I went back home… I realized I didn’t really want to be there anymore. There were other unneutered cats, a kitten and it was honestly overwhelming. I think I had already made the “emotional divorce,” if you know what I mean.

Now I’m looking for a real fresh start.

I’m only about 2 years old, and I’m a genuinely great cat—I just want a quiet, stable home where I can settle in at my own pace. I take a little time to adjust to new places, so slow introductions are important, but once I’m comfortable, I do just fine. I don’t mind other friendly cats visiting me in the adoption room, either!

Most days you’ll find me hanging out in my beloved cardboard box, soaking up attention from anyone who stops to say hi.

I wish every cat could be as lucky as me to get neutered and start over—and now I’m ready for my do-over with a person who really sees me.

Come meet me! I think you’ll fall in love.
