Tiberius ( Ti Ti )'s Story
Tiberius, also known as Titi, is approximately 9 years old. He was rescued from a house about five days after his previous owner passed away during heart surgery. When he and his sister cat were rescued they found the previous owner was a hoarder and the home was in a dreadful unsanitary state. I think Titi had a good life there for a while before his owner got ill, but it appeared that when the owner got sick and couldn't do much Titi was badly neglected.

When we first took Tiberius in he was almost 23 pounds. Since then he's down to 18 pounds after a change to a good diet of wet and dry food, as well as exercise with laser toys, and playing with balls and mice. We have cared for Tiberius for approximately 11 months, getting him used to a normal home with clean water and healthy food. He likes to play, and knows what trust & love are. He can be a little shy around new people at first. But now he is just a big loving sweetheart.

Unfortunately we are having a problem with him occasionally peeing outside the litter box. We think this is because we have so many cats of our own in the house and many rescues, so its overwhelming to him at times because he was raised in a small two cat household, but he has never fought with the other cats. He loves to get up on the couch and snuggle with me and my husband, and he loves to be brushed more then anything and will turn on his back belly up when he wants his belly brushed or rubbed. He's a big loving boy and just wants to be loved a lot and I do not have enough time with as many cats as I have to just sit with him all the time.

I need to find Titi a forever loving home so he can have more one on one time and more of a normal life. We feel that in a one cat home or just one or two others his problem with peeing outside the litter box will go away as he would not feel a need to mark. So we are looking for someone with a big heart who understands the terrible situation Titi came from and is willing to give him the love and attention he deserves. If you have the heart and soul to open your home to a wonderful loving cat who needs some special care and attention please contact us. Tiberius needs you!

The easiest way to reach me is by text message 301-471-0303 or call me at the same number. Or you can email me at crmoore56@gmail.com.
