Ses beaux yeux verts pétillants sont remplis de bonté et de curiosité. Monsieur est dégriffé aux 4 pattes. Nous souhaitons rapidement trouver à ce formidable minet une nouvelle famille bienveillante et au grand cœur ou sinon une gentille famille d'accueil prête à l'héberger le temps qu'il trouve son foyer permanent.<br/><br/>TI-POU a été abandonné au refuge au début de l'année 2026 avec son compagnon GRISOU #10720. Les pauvres filaient le parfait bonheur chez eux avec leurs humains jusqu'à ce que ces derniers soient obligés de se départir d'eux, en raison d'un déménagement. TI-POU est en très bonne santé mais en surpoids à 22 livres/9,7 kg. Le vétérinaire a recommandé que notre beau coco mange une nourriture spécialisée pour l'aider à progressivement perdre du poids et qu'on l'encourage à être plus actif.<br/><br/>À son arrivée au refuge, TI-POU était triste et désorientée - ayant perdu tous ses repères. Le gentleman félin avait besoin de réconfort et d'être rassuré. Rapidement, TI-POU s'est attaché au personnel et aux bénévoles, car il est très sociable et adore interagir avec les gens. Il est facile de le manipuler - au fait, il adore se faire brosser et en aura besoin sur une base régulière pour éviter les noeuds dans son abondante fourrure.. Son long pelage étant négligé à son arrivée, il a dû être rasé. <br/><br/>TI-POU est très affectueux ; c'est un chat démonstratif - un vrai petit pot de colle. Ce gentil trésor adore être flatté et caressé; vous pouvez le prendre dans vos bras pour le bécoter. Ce sera sûrement votre meilleur ami poilu qui vous tiendra compagnie, couché près de vous sur votre sofa...et sur votre lit. TI-POU est généralement assez tranquille, bouge lentement et aime faire de longues siestes...mais reste enjoué par moments. Il est placide, doux et facile à vivre - on ne l'entend rarement miauler mais on peut l'entendre ronronner quand on le cajole et lui offre des succulentes gâteries :)<br/><br/>TI-POU s'épanouira dans un environnement chaleureux, calme et douillet. Habitué à vivre avec ses humains qui étaient presque continuellement présents au domicile, il aimerait bien avoir quelqu'un souvent à la maison sinon il va s'ennuyer. On nous a aussi confirmé que TI-POU aime les grands enfants, étant très patient et tolérant lors des interactions avec eux. Le suave félin peut très bien s'accommoder comme seul chat de la maisonnée tout comme il peut vivre avec d'autres. Si vous avez déjà des chats à la maison ou un chien, TI-POU devrait donc être capable de cohabiter avec eux, étant très pacifique mais en autant qu'ils sont eux aussi plus âgés, calmes, pacifiques et non dominants.<br/><br/>L'épatant TI-POU est malheureux en cage et a besoin de bouger :( Ce chéri est tellement attachant et mérite d'être comblé d'amour et de bénéficier des meilleurs soins pour une retraite bienheureuse ! His bright green eyes sparkle with kindness and curiosity. He is declawed on all four paws. We are urgently looking for a loving, big-hearted family to welcome this wonderful boy — or a kind foster home willing to host him until he finds his forever family.<br/><br/>TI-POU was surrendered to the shelter at the beginning of 2026 along with his companion GRISOU #10720. These two sweethearts were living a happy life with their humans until a forced move left their family unable to keep them. TI-POU is in very good health, but currently overweight at 22 lbs / 9.7 kg. Our veterinarian recommends a specialized diet to help him gradually lose weight, along with gentle encouragement to be more active.<br/><br/>When he first arrived, TI-POU was sad and disoriented — he had lost all his bearings. This feline gentleman needed comforting and reassurance. He quickly bonded with staff and volunteers, as he is extremely sociable and loves interacting with people. He is easy to handle and absolutely adores being brushed, which he will need regularly to prevent matting in his abundant coat. Because his fur was neglected before arrival, he had to be shaved.<br/><br/>TI-POU is very affectionate — a demonstrative, cuddly lovebug. This sweet treasure loves being petted and held, and he won’t say no to kisses. He will surely become your loyal furry companion, happily curled up beside you on the sofa… and on your bed. He is generally calm, moves slowly, and enjoys long naps, though he still has playful moments. Gentle, placid, and easygoing, he rarely meows but will purr contentedly when cuddled or offered tasty treats.<br/><br/>TI-POU will thrive in a warm, quiet, cozy home. He is used to living with humans who were home most of the time, so he would appreciate someone who is often around — otherwise he may feel lonely. We were also told that TI-POU is good with older children, showing patience and tolerance during interactions. This suave boy can happily be the only cat in the home, but he can also live with other pets. If you already have cats or a dog, TI-POU should be able to coexist peacefully, as long as they are also older, calm, gentle, and non-dominant.<br/><br/>This wonderful boy is unhappy in a cage and needs space to move. He is incredibly endearing, and he deserves a retirement filled with love, comfort, and attentive care.
