THOMAS's Story

Let me indroduce myself. My name is THOMAS. How did I get here? I was, in the beginning, lured into a live trap by FOOD! . Yes, I fell for the old food trick, but it probably saved my life.

The family that trapped me live along a busy highway and it's not uncommon for people to just drop off cats there.

I wasn't overly cooperative when they moved me from the live trap into a kitty condo. I did hold on for dear life to that trap, protesting all the way,..and OK…very loudly.

Since then, after settling in marvelously, I've completed my shots, got a new microchip and am neutered, along with initial vaccines, so I am now eager to meet my new forever loving family.

My foster mom has discovered that I'm really smart. I have the run of the house, and happily engage with all my toys in play. I've become very fond of my foster mom and follow her around the house. She also says I am a real “snuggle bun”.
I love people in general and will play for hours and hours with anyone willing.

She walks with a friend each morning, so I patiently wait by the door for her friends arrival. We then have outdoor adventures which include buggy rides and leash training!

You should call my foster mom. Her name is Lauri. . Call her at 507-652-9311. I know she can answer any of your questions and help you with my adoption process.

My adoption fee is $150.

NOTE: The HAHS adoption contract prohibits declawing of any cats or kittens adopted from their organization.
