Well… it’s your first time meeting them, but these girls are not new to Paws & Claws. They hold the title for longest in shelter currently, since August 19th to be exact. At just a few weeks old they came into shelter covered in fleas and the infamous, peeving… ringworm infection. 5 months later and we can without a doubt say they are ringworm free! They have become a gorgeous pair of felines over their time here and they’re ready to find a home. As you can imagine, they’ve also become quite bonded. We aren’t requiring them to be adopted together since they are young yet, but they’ve overcome an awful lot together and it’d be pretty sweet to see them stay together. Paws and Claws Rescue and Resort's Adoption Policy
Step 1: Find a dog or cat that you fall in love with. Step 2: Make sure your home is a good fit for the pet and be aware of everything that goes into being a 'pet parent'. Be prepared to take on this new life in your home! Step 3: Fill out our Adoption Questionnaire (included below). Step 4: Paws+Claws staff will review the completed Adoption Questionnaire and call your included references. Step 5: If everything checks out and Paws+Claws is satisfied with the response, we will have you complete an Adoption Contract. Step 6: Go over your new pet's medical records. Step 7: Take your adoption photo! Step 8: Take your new furry friend home!
