Therese is a beautiful dilute calico and a former barn cat who became pregnant "in the hay". She delivered 6 kittens in our foster home where everyone was safe and well cared for. She MUST be only cat and, maybe, the only pet. She is housed separately in her own human suite and is purrfectly fine until another cat accidentally gets in her room, then her defensive attack mode sets in! She spends her day watching the neighborhood activities from her lofty window, but expresses joy when people come in to see her.<br/><br/>Therese is a loving companion for her foster, yearning to be petted, snuggling close, and enjoying the undivided attention of her sleeping foster mom. When it's time for bed, she jumps on the bed to indicate where her human should lie down, sometimes trying to share the same space. She is a polite roommate to her foster mom and only seeks her petting when she believes she is awake.
