Theresa's feet fly when she's playing. She is such a joy to watch as she chases after shadows created by her own body, another cat or by her foster family. She dances across the kitchen floor whenever a laser's beam is brought into play. Even though she is a senior she still enjoys playing, sometimes with her own tail. She will always be a petite girl and is the softest kitty to the touch. She seeks and invites attention and enjoys being brushed. She is really such a JOY! Recently, she's become very fond of sitting on a lap and being good company in a relaxed way. She's a keeper and celebrating her birthday since 2000! Theresa is a fine example of the benefits of time and patience. She started out in rescue as a new mom and with limited social skills with people. In foster care she has been given the opportunity to grow at the rate she needed to grow. The end result is Theresa is an absolute wonderful cat who invites the attention by people and will gladly sit upon a person's lap. Her foster family has decided to keep her within their family circle but STRONGLY encourage all people to give cats the benefits of time and patience, as cats are the recipients of the choices people make on their behalf.
'18 Theresa continues to enjoy her journey of life within her foster family. She quickly becomes a lap cat whenever a person sits upon the sofa. She is starting to show signs of renal failure through her annual blood test. She's affectionate, trusting and and always quite a girl!
