Meet Thelma Harper.
Affectionately called, Mama Harper because she was an mama when she was trapped. Her rescuers/foster parents had caught all 4 kittens (they've been adopted) and trapped Mama Harper. She was a good mom but not very friendly With people. She's warming up to foster parents but will need a calm home with parents who understands shy cats and willing to work with her.
