He was heavily infested with fleas and suffered the effects of that neglect, including thinning and missing fur, scabs, and anemia.<br/><br/>But that chapter is behind him now. <br/><br/>The Flash has been neutered, vaccinated, fecal tested, and SNAP tested negative. This includes: spay/neuter (at our vet), vaccines (fvrcp, rabies), microchip, exam, snap test ( only done on kittens if mama cat is not known) ,deworming and our cats are on preventatives for fleas/ticks/heartworm.<br/><br/>Out of state adopters must also pay for an interstate health certificate to their state.
