The Biscuit Maker's Story

"So people wanted to know my story on how I became known as The Biscuit Maker. I was rescued from a very busy city in a not so great neighborhood. There were lots of tough cats that I came across that seemed always ready to fight. Life on the streets is a tough one so I can hardly blame them. You get tough in order to survive. I remember as a kitten I must have been well loved as I am such a sweet gentle soul. I am not sure how I ended up on the streets unloved, unwanted but I came across a particularly mean cat who wanted to fight me. This is were I must have become +FIV. and picked up a few scars to boot. I also ended up with an ear infection that was never treated so that is why my ear reminds people of a cauliflower. Anyway an Animal Control Officer got a call regarding me and he came to my rescue. I just wanted to be loved again and have a family that cared. Once I got all my medical done and was declared healthy I was brought to the shelter and introduced to my new living digs. There was the biggest most comfortable bed I had ever seen. When I saw it I went right on it and started making biscuits on my new cozy fleece blanket hence my name The Biscuit Maker. I was so happy that I was in a safe, loving place. I have heard the shelter volunteers describe me as a couch potato, someone looking for a best friend, sweet, gentle and grateful."<br/>We are looking for a very special home for this guy.
