The Bird litter!<br/><br/>These kittens are 4-months old. Each of them will need to either be adopted with a littermate or into a home where another young friendly cat/kitten resides. They are:<br/><br/>Chickadee - male domestic medium hair black smoke - ADOPTED<br/>Emu - male domestic medium hair smoke<br/>Magpie - male domestic medium hair black and white tuxedo - ADOPTED<br/>Oriole - female domestic medium hair tortie with white - ADOPTED<br/>Rook - male domestic medium hair black -ADOPTED<br/><br/>This is a group of miracle kittens. They were rescued during the December floods. A man who's home was in the process of flooding was outside assessing the damage when he noticed a small patch of dry land with a litter of crying kittens on it. He found something to put them in and brought them to safety. A short while later, that small patch of dry land was under water. We are so thankful to the kind man who put the needs of others before his own.<br/><br/>The babies spent quite a bit of time in foster care where they grew into strong, healthy, robust little kittens. They are now available for adoption. Below are some personality descriptions from their foster:<br/><br/>Chickadee - He is a friendly, sweet kitten who likes to sleep belly up. He'll also chase his own tail and catch it.<br/>Emu - He is a friendly sweet kitten and is a bit more mellow than his siblings.<br/>Magpie - He took a day or two to come out of his shell. Once he did, he was the sweetest kitten. He gets a little possessive about some toys and will growl at his siblings if they want to take it.<br/>Oriole - She can be a bit of a talker when it's food time or riding in the car. she likes to explore and is a curious kitten with tortie attitude. she likes to investigate new people by sniffing their feet and climbing pant legs.<br/>Rook - He is a more mischievous of the litter and enjoys exploring.<br/><br/>All kittens are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, viral tested and microchipped.<br/><br/>***<br/><br/>We are currently conducting in person adoptions on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 1-5pm (walk-ins welcome, but appointments prioritized).
