The Bellas's Story
Adopt the Bellas and prepare to be charmed for life!

The Bellas are a mother-daughter duo and *the most* bonded pair of cats we have ever met. When neighbors began feeding these two friendly, starved cats outside they could never tell them apart - calling them Big Bella (mom) and Little Bella (daughter.) And frankly, that was too hilariously adorable we couldn't bring ourselves to change it.

Big Bella and Little Bella have been through everything together. They never left each others side while outdoors, they raised an extended family of kittens together, and when it came time to be rescued they made it clear to us that they would not tolerate being separated, thank you very much.

Big Bella - our momma with the thinner blaze - is a gentle but bossy sweet heart. She loves to make biscuits on your lap, will head butt your hand incessantly in order to be pet, and is sent to heaven-and-back when you brush her. She will purr the day away being brushed on the couch with you.

Little Bella - our daughter with the adorable nose freckle - is equally as sweet but more reserved. Little Bella is still growing her confidence, making improvements every day. The way to win her heart is with treats. Little Bella's shyness goes out the door when you have a treat in hand. She will climb right into your lap to relieve you of them and will happily receive pets for the price of a churu.

Ironically, despite being shy Little Bella prefers a "doors open" policy in her households. While she might not be a lap cat, Little Bella wants to be near you at all times. If you are in the living room, she is in the living room. If you are in the bathroom, while guess what, now it's a group trip to the bathroom! You'll never be without her support.

Big Bella and Little Bella fill whatever home they are in with warmth and tenderness. Both are curious, love to relax together in the best sun spots, LOVE to bird watch, and will keep you and each other entertained for hours with their playful, spunky antics.

These girls would do best in a quiet household that is looking to infuse their home with gentle sweetness and love. They are both companionable and would do well with additional friendly adult cats.

Big Bella is estimated to be 4 years old, and Little Bella is 2. Both are spayed, up-to-date on their vaccinations, microchipped, and are negative for FIV/FeLV.
