Thalia (tri-pod)'s Story
This young lady is very dear to our hearts. She arrived as a bottle baby kitten with paralyzed back legs but has come so far since then! She has her bad leg amputated and is already moving better, but she will likely never be able to stand or walk normally. She is very happy to scoot herself around and she moves quite quickly. Thalia is extremely adorable and affectionate. She does well with other cats and she especially loves Sherbert, another specially-abled kitty she currently shares a room with. They play and chase and cuddle together and we would love to find them a home together too! Thalia does not have much control over her bladder or bowel movements. She needs a foster or adopter who can provide regular cleaning and will help support her bathroom habits. For more information on Thalia please contact us at 410-268-4388.
