Teeter Totter (wobbly kitty)'s Story

Teeter is 1.5 years old. He is very laid back and sweet. He does great with all other cats, dogs, and people. He LOVES playing and chasing his toys around.

Tetter was born with Cerebeller Hyperplasia (aka wobbly kitten syndrome or CH). He was graded as a moderate level of CH, which means he is fully capable of eating, walking, and using the litterbox on his own, however he does struggle with all three of these and does occasionally need assistance. He does fall or flop a lot which is common with cats that have this condition. He does sometimes miss his litterbox when peeing since he struggles to keep his balance at time. We have placed a reusable puppy pad under his box to catch any spillage.

They are fully vetted. Full vetting covers FIV/Feline Leukemia combo tests (They are negative), spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, fecal test and deworming, health check-up, medications, microchip, and flea prevention.

ADOPTION APPLICATION: https://form.jotform.com/200044914607145

Forgotten Felines Rescue's Adoption Policy
WE DO NOT HOLD MEET AND GREETS! All kittens are in foster homes and we are 100% foster based. Due to potential adopters failing to make their scheduled appointments, we have stopped meet and greets completely! Getting multiple kittens together from foster homes can be difficult and stressful on them. We have found it is not worth the added stress when potential adopters do no show up or choose to not adopt. Our adoption fees for adult cats and kittens varies by breed and age, which includes: spay/neuter, combo test for Feline Leukemia/FIV, up-to-date on required vaccinations, microchip, fecal and worming, flea treatment, and clean vet check. Our adoption fees for adult dogs and puppies varies by breed and age, which includes: spay/neuter, heartworm test and preventative, up-to-date on required vaccinations, microchipped, wormed and flea treated. Our adoption process is very easy with a simple application to be filled out that helps us screen for long-term homes and ensure the cat/dog is a good fit for your family. Our application can be emailed or downloaded from our Petfinder homepage. Once we receive the application it will be reviewed and someone from our organization will contact you within 24 to 48 hours. You can view our adoptable pets by visiting our Facebook page, Forgotten Felines Rescue of Louisiana, and here at Petfinder.
