Meet Teddy! This handsome man was brought in as a stray and is now looking for his forever home. Teddy can be very timid and nervous of people due to his lack of human socialization, but with time and some TLC, we believe he can come around. He just needs a patient owner who will give him the time to adjust. Teddy does have FIV, and although this may seem scary, he can live a perfectly normal cat life with the proper care. The main things you need to know is that FIV+ cats can live long happy lives as long as they are well cared for and get vet treatment promptly when needed. There are key things you can do for your FIV+ cat to ensure they have the best chance at an otherwise healthy life.
