Tater's Story

Meet The Potatoes

Tater, Tot, and Spud are three adorable little brothers with big personalities (and even bigger potential). Like most kittens, they're learning about the world together-and each one brings something a little different to the table.
Tater
The leader of the pack and everyone's best friend. Tater is sweet, social, confident, and always ready to play or soak up attention. He's the kind of kitten who will make himself right at home from day one.
Tot
Tot wants to be just like his brave big brother. He's a little more cautious at first, but once he realizes he's safe, his playful and affectionate side starts to shine. He just needs a little encouragement to help him feel confident.
Spud
Spud is the shyest of the three and still figuring out that people are actually pretty great. He may hiss and try to make a run for it, but underneath that nervous exterior is a kitten who wants to trust-he just needs patience, consistency, and love to get there.
Whether you're looking for a confident cuddle bug like Tater, a gentle sidekick like Tot, or a rewarding "watch them blossom" journey with Spud... you really can't go wrong.
(But fair warning-once you meet them, you might leave with more potatoes than you planned )

Rebel Animal Rescue's Adoption Policy
At Rebel Animal Rescue, we believe in keeping adoption as simple and welcoming as possible. Instead of strict, one-size-fits-all requirements, we focus on open conversations with potential adopters. We want to learn about your home, lifestyle, and any challenges you might face, and work together on solutions that set you and your new pet up for success. The adoption process starts with a short application, which we review to make sure the match could be a good fit. From there, we arrange a meet-and-greet with your entire family—and for dog adoptions, your resident dogs too. If everyone feels good about the match, we encourage a one-week trial period. This gives you time to see how your new pet settles in. At the end of the week, we’ll finalize the adoption if it’s working out—or welcome the animal back if it’s not the right fit. Our goal is to find loving, lasting homes while keeping the process as stress-free as possible for both you and the animal.
