Tarzan's Story

In the summer of 2022, one of our long-time fosters received a call that there was a cat in one of her trees. After four days of trying all of the usual methods, she decided she needed to call a climber. With temps rising, the climber started at 11am. By 4pm the climber and cat were at the top of the tree. Neither the cat nor climber could go any higher and ultimately the cat jumped. This is the "short version of how "Tarzan came into our program.

Tarzan needs an adopter who is experienced with animals as he will need time to readjust and acclimate more than some. He has not been around dogs. Tarzan is shy around new people and doesn't do well around very small children.
