A stunning boy who is trying to break out of his shell! <br/><br/>Tartufo came to the rescue as an older kitten and have come a long way of socialization. Though he was never aggressive, he was quite unsure of humans initially. With a lot of treats and love Tartufo is now learning to love scratches and yummy treats that human hands bring. He is still a skittish boy who will run away if approached too quickly but will also lean into pets and scratches and purr away. He loves to sleep in the bed with the humans at night between their legs. Foster mom sees a great potential in him to become a love bug with a patient adopter who knows how to interact with shy and skittish cats.<br/><br/>He is a food motivated cat who will approach even strangers if they are holding churu. With some patience and time, he will learn to trust and love you. He also loves all kinds of toys and is fascinated by track toys and wands!<br/><br/>He loves the resident cats he is staying with in his current foster home. He will likely do well with any cats who have experience with other cats.<br/><br/>Because of his personality, he would not do well in homes with too many visitors or children.<br/><br/>Tartufo's estimated birthday is around Aug 16, 2024.<br/><br/>All of AdvoCat Rescue's cats and kittens are fostered in private homes.
