Taro's Story

Meet Taro, the spunky little root of mischief who's ready to grow into his forever home! At 5 months old, this strong-willed boy is as clever as they come--he's usually the first to figure things out (especially if it involves a sneaky escape route). Taro enjoys people on his own terms, but don't be fooled--he does love lap time and gentle pets, especially first thing in the morning when he's still in "purr-snooze" mode. This sharp-eyed kitten is equal parts brains and brawn, always observing, plotting, and keeping you on your toes. Speaking of toes--beware the socks! Taro has a sworn vendetta against sock-covered feet, so tread carefully! Like most growing kittens, Taro would love a partner-in-crime to wrestle, chase, and learn with--because two kittens are double the trouble and double the fun! Having a playmate helps kittens pick up paw-sitive social skills, practice their boundaries, and burn off their endless kitten energy. If Taro ends up as your one and only, he'll need a family who's around often to keep him entertained and adored. Taro would likely be able to co-exist with a gentle dog and children over the age of 5. You can make an appointment online to come in and meet him. Taro's adoption fee is $250.

*To visit our cats, you must make an appointment on-line at www.caringforcatsmn.org/adopt.*

Note: While we are happy to respond to your questions about any of our cats, you will still be required to make an on-line appointment at www.caringforcatsmn.org/adopt if you wish to meet our cats.
