Tanner arrived 2-15-2016 He has quite a sad story. We believe that he either fell out of a moving vehicle or was thrown out. He has some nasty wounds to the back of his hind legs and a cracked pelvis. THANKFULLY a kind lady found him and took him to a vet. She paid all of his vet bills and he is now resting and gaining ground at our shelter. He was already neutered so we know he was someone's pet at some time. He is the most gentle loving cat.
