Tango was transferred to the NHSPCA from an overcrowded shelter in Texas. Folks noting that he has an ear tip may be concerned that he is feral, but rest assured that Tango is a sweet but shy boy who is easy to handle. Some low-cost veterinary clinics in Texas insist on tipping the ears of every cat they fix, which is how Tango ended up like this. Tango is friendly but not super confident; he gets anxious when he hears dogs barking or when there are sudden & frequent loud noises. Because of this, we think he'd thrive in a quieter home without small children or noisy dogs.
