Tangelo 's Story

Tangelo came to us a little older than we typically like for taming a feral kitty, and honestly… there were moments we weren’t sure he was going to make the transition to indoor life. He wasn’t coming along as quickly as we hoped, and we even thought he might need to go back outside. But then — a switch flipped. Now this guy is on the right path. Tangelo has discovered that scratches are pretty great… and yes, he is fully on board with booty spanks 😻 He’s learning that humans can be kind, gentle, and safe, and he’s really starting to enjoy that love. Tangelo is looking for his forever family, and it’s important that they understand he’ll need patience. He will absolutely be shy with new people at first. But if he can grow into a loving, affectionate boy with his foster, there’s no doubt he can do the same with a calm, patient home. With time, understanding, and love, Tangelo has the potential to be the amazing cat we already know he is. 🧡
