Tang's Story

If you look up resilient in the dictionary, you might just find a picture of Tang.
This brave boy came to Noah’s Arc with one of his eyes literally hanging out of its socket—a traumatic start that could have broken his spirit. But not Tang. With care, time, and his own incredible will to thrive, he rallied back and proved just how strong he truly is.
Now healed and feeling good, Tang is ready to begin the second chapter of his life. He carries his story with quiet courage, showing every day that a rough beginning doesn’t define the future. What defines Tang is his strength, his sweetness, and his readiness to finally belong.
All he needs now is a person who sees past his scars and into his heart—a forever home where his next chapter can be filled with comfort, love, and the happiness he has so clearly earned.

All of our animals are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, current on flea and tick treatments, dewormed, and treated for any ailments encountered during veterinary exams.

Dogs are heartworm negative and cats are combo tested.

The adoption fee covers a portion of these services and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals. An application does not obligate you to adopt. If your application is considered a good fit for the animal you are interested in, or even a different pet, a volunteer will be in touch as soon as possible.

Noah’s Arc is manned by volunteers, the shelter is not open to the public. Meet and greets for the animals are by appointment only.
