Tabbytha's Story
Meet Tabbytha – The Sassy Wallflower with a Soft Spot for Snacks

Tabbytha isn’t your typical lap cat, but don’t take it personally. This 1-year-old tabby beauty believes affection is best served with a side of treats or a good wand toy session. In fact, if you whip out a wand toy, you might just see her inner kitten come to life! She’s also a big fan of window hammocks - her favorite spot to birdwatch, sunbathe, and silently judge the world. Tabbytha is very shy and skeptical of humans who don’t come bearing gifts (or Churu tubes), but win her over with tasty bribes and playful antics, and you might just sneak in a few earned pets (after a hiss or two, of course).

She thrives in the company of her fellow felines and would much rather be the life of the kitty party than the center of human attention and that’s totally okay! Tabbytha shines behind the scenes, not on the adoption stage. She may not dazzle at meet-and-greets (she finds new environments a bit terrifying), but beneath that timid exterior, is a cat who’s quietly hoping for a patient, loving home where she can bloom on her own time.

She does wonderfully with dogs, loves chill adult cats, and would do best in a calm home with respectful kids age 12+ (she’s not a fan of being handled). Fair warning: Tabbytha believes cat carriers are a form of cruel and unusual punishment and would much prefer to stay home. At the vet, she does require a few extra hands (and maybe a pep talk) to be examined.

If you're looking for a low-maintenance companion with a quiet charm, Tabbytha might just be your girl. Give her time, a few treats, and some feline friends and you'll have one cool cat in your corner.

Tabbytha's adoption fee has been fully waived!
