Tabby's Story

Poor little petite Tabby came to us 6/16/26 at age 8 years 10 months weighing 6.5 lbs. because her owner had an illness and was also moving and could not take her. She is so scared to be at the shelter that she has a hard time trusting anyone. Tabby was an indoor cat at her last home but did not get a lot of socialization or attention so was used to just hanging out alone a lot. She needs a quiet retirement home to decompress. Tabby is FeLV/FIV negative, vaccinated and spayed. Please come meet this cutie. Older pets often never find homes but still have so many years of love to give. Call (434) 374-8076 or email lakecountryspca@yahoo.com to adopt. Website is lakecountryspca.org.
