Meet Sylvie!<br/><br/>Sylvie is mostly white, with a black tail, spot on her back and black face mask. She was born at the foster home in Feb. 2026. She is very friendly with trusted folks and friendly with strangers. Her foster home describes her as out-going, affectionate and easy-going. Sylvie likes to play with interactive toys with you and by herself with her favorite cat toys, plus likes watching wildlife at the window. She lets you place her into your lap or jumps in. She stays for short sessions of brushing and petting. Then Sylvie is off to zoom around and play like a normal active kitten. She watches for you at the window, meets you at the door, and follows you around wanting to interact.<br/> <br/>Sylvie likes to nap with you. She occasionally reaches up requested to be picked up and held. She then rubs against your face, touches your nose, and gives kitty kisses. Sylvie is passive with most other cats and gets along with the foster’s large, gentle dog. She purrs as soon as she has contact with a trusted person. Sylvie is quiet until meal time when she insists you hurry. She uses a scratching post and has fine litterbox habits. Siblings are available.<br/><br/>This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Cats have been vet checked, spayed/neutered, wormed, tested for FIV/FeLV, have distemper and rabies shots. Adoption fees are $200+tax, and for cats age 6+ the fee is $175+tax. Calicos and Siamese are $250+tx.
