Once extremely shy, it took years before she allowed pets during mealtime—but after moving to our newer facility, she has truly blossomed and now welcomes gentle affection anytime. Sylvia needs a very patient home that will let her grow at her own pace. She gets along well with other cats who are calm and kind, and she is delightfully food-motivated. Sylvia would be a wonderful companion for someone who enjoys watching a shy cat slowly reveal her sweet, true self.
