Sylvester was found by a Good Samaritan and asked HOPE for help. Sylvester had an upper respiratory infection and spent some time on antibiotics before he was able to join a HOPE foster. He now resides inside the Adoption Center at the Upland PetSmart store where he awaits his forever family and his forever home!
