Sylvester's Story

Meet our adorable little kitten, Sylvester! This sweet and playful boy is looking for her forever home. Sylvester is a 3-month-old domestic shorthair with soft black and white fur and big beautiful eyes that will melt your heart. He is a curious and energetic kitten who loves to play with toys and explore his surroundings. He is also very affectionate and loves to cuddle up with his humans for a nap. Sylvester is litter box trained and on track for all his vaccines. We are looking for a loving and responsible family who will give Sylvester the attention and care he deserves. He would do well in a home with other cats or as the only pet. He is great with children and would make a wonderful addition to any family. Most (not all) OKR kittens live with dogs, other cats, toddlers, and the dreaded vacuum! Once our kittens have at least two vaccines, they are welcome into the kitty playroom, where they meet all their new friends. We aim to send you home with a healthy, happy, well-cared-for kitten so you don't require immediate veterinary service. Therefore, we have a higher adoption fee and can offer more benefits. Our adoption fee is $275, and kittens come with all 3 FVRCP vaccines, fully dewormed, treated for parasites, fleas, and ticks, micro-chipped with a lifetime registration, tested for feline distemper (Parvo) and FIV/FELV (Leukemia and feline aids). While most of our kittens are already spayed/neutered before adoption, some are too small and available through our "foster to adopt" program. We want our adopters to have every opportunity to bond with their new fur baby. To foster to adopt, you pay the total adoption fee, and your appointment date for spaying/neutering will be scheduled by our staff once your new feline friend reaches their appropriate weight. We will then remove the listing and hold the kitten for you. Please fill out the interest card on the posting to set up a meet and greet or complete the attached adoption application. Our rescue is in Northern Ca (Manteca, CA, to be exact), and we don't transport out of state. In the event that the selected kitten is too young for immediate adoption but you are committed to welcoming them into your home, we offer the option to secure their reservation. A non-refundable deposit of $175 can be made, resulting in the removal of the kitten from all online platforms within 48 hours. This reserved status ensures that the kitten is held exclusively for you. For those interested in exploring alternative adoption arrangements, we encourage inquiries about our foster-to-adopt program. This program provides prospective adopters with a unique opportunity to experience the joys of fostering before making a permanent commitment.
