Sydney bonded w/ Jen's Story

Sydney and Jen are a pair of young sisters whose hearts are just as closely connected as they are to each other. Raised together in a loving home, these sweet siblings have always had one another for comfort, play and companionship.

Recently, their world changed when their owners had to move out of the country and were unable to bring the girls along. Wanting the very best for them, the family reached out to us to ensure Sydney and Jen would have a safe and caring place to land while they wait for their forever home.

Because of their deep bond and to help ease this big transition, Sydney and Jen must be adopted together. They have already experienced the disruption of losing their home and their caregivers, so our hope is that it will be the last time they ever have to face that kind of change. Keeping them together means they will always have the comfort, confidence and love they find in each other.

The sisters are currently staying in one of our cage-free, free-roam rooms, where they can explore, climb and lounge by their very own private window. Watching them interact is truly special and you'll see the quiet reassurance they give each other and the playful spark they share.

If you've been thinking about adding not one, but two loving companions to your life, Sydney and Jen may be the perfect pair. Double the purrs, double the companionship and double the love. Come spend some time with them and see if your hearts align. Their forever home is waiting and they're hoping it's with you.

The shelter is open Tuesdays through Fridays 3:30-6:30pm AND Saturdays & Sundays 1pm-4pm. No appointments are needed during those times. If you are not available during those times, special arrangements for a meet and greet may be able to be arranged by emailing arfcats@bereaanimalrescue.com. Thank you for considering the adoption of a shelter animal in need!
