Sydney's Story

Don't overlook sweet little Sydney just because she's a little shy! This adorable gal is unsure in new situations and takes time to come out of her shell. While she tends to skitter away when she's approached, once you are able to place your hands on her, she melts under your touch. She'll start purring quietly and will lift her butt in the air as you give her scritches as a sign of approval. Sydney may always by the timid type, but she has a lot of love to give for the right person. She'd do best in a quiet, adult-only home with no dogs and with a patient, understanding owner to really take the time to bond with her. She absolutely adores her housemate, Sherman (who is also a bit of a shy guy and not related, but raised together with Sydney), and we prefer not to separate them unless the perfect home presents itself. So if you see the potential in this "diamond in the rough", we'd love to hear from you!

This pet is altered (spayed/neutered), up to date on age appropriate vaccines, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, dewormed and microchipped. An adoption application must be submitted and approved prior to scheduling a meet and greet appointment: www.felinefinecatrescue.org/adopt. If you have any additional questions, please email us at: admin@felinefinecatrescue.org.
