If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please call 217-347-5695, stop by our shelter at 701 E. Eiche Street, Effingham, IL., or email us at animalcontrol@co.effingham.il.us to request an adoption application. DOGS: $130 and that includes spay/neuter, microchip, and rabies shot CATS: $65 and that includes spay/neuter, microchip and rabies shot
