SWIFTIE's Story

****This kitty is in foster please call to discuss**** Meet Swifty, our adorable 5-month-old black and white DSH girl with a soft heart and a gentle spirit. This sweet kitten arrived as a stray and, like all of our babies, headed straight into foster care where she could feel safe and learn that people can be kind.

Swifty can be a little worried at first — new places and new faces take her some time. But once she decides you’ re “her person,” she absolutely melts. She loves nothing more than hanging out near her people and then settling in for a cozy snuggle session. Her trust is something special, and earning it is incredibly rewarding.

Swifty would truly benefit from having a confident, friendly kitty companion in her new home to help show her the ropes and boost her confidence. She’s looking for patient adopters who understand that love and trust take time — but oh, is she worth it. OTHER PETS: Swifty would love a confident, friendly kitty friend in her new home. OWNER EXPERIENCE: Swifty's adopter should have some kitty experience. KIDS: Swifty may be OK with a cat savvy older kiddo. ACTIVITY LEVEL: Swifty has a nice play level. VETERINARY CARE: Swifty is looking forward to meeting her new vet and receiving on-going vet care. LEVEL OF SOCIALIZATION: Swifty will need a patient adopter who understands it may take her a bit to settle in. GROOMING: Swifty takes great care of her coat. This is a wonderful time to play with her feet and get her used to people touching her feet in order to trim her nails life long.
